Nerviva offers a 90-day money-back guarantee for customers who purchase the 3-pack bundle ("Product"), subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility Requirements

  2. Usage Requirements
    • Customer must use the Product consistently for 90 consecutive days
    • Customer must maintain a daily usage log documenting:
      • Time of daily administration
      • Dosage taken
      • Any missed days (which void guarantee eligibility)
  3. Medical Documentation Requirements
    • Customer must provide documented nerve sensitivity test results from a licensed healthcare professional
    • Acceptable tests include:
      • Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument (MNSI)
      • Graphesthesia Assessment
    • Required documentation:
      • Baseline test results dated within 7 days before starting Product
      • Follow-up test results dated within 7 days after completing 90-day regimen
      • Healthcare professional's name, credentials, and license number
      • Healthcare professional's signature and date on both tests
      • Official letterhead or stamp from healthcare facility

Refund Process

  1. Claim Submission
    • All claims must be submitted within 14 days after completing the 90-day regimen
    • Claims must include:
      • Completed refund request form
      • All required documentation
      • Return of any unused product
      • Photos of used product containers showing lot numbers
  2. Exclusions
    • Guarantee is void if:
