- Customer must use the Product consistently for 90 consecutive days
- Customer must maintain a daily usage log documenting:

- Any missed days (which void guarantee eligibility)

Medical Documentation Requirements
- Customer must provide documented nerve sensitivity test results from a licensed healthcare professional
- Acceptable tests include:

- Graphesthesia Assessment
- Required documentation:
- Baseline test results dated within 7 days before starting Product

Refund Process
